There is a number glassed into some of the panels (or there was on my 2+2) but i think it was just a batch number for the fibreglass not the chassis number. I think Quantum tended to allocate the chassis numbers as the kits were sold rather than when the chassis were made.
I assume this is an unfinished and never registered kit ?
