Mk1 and Mk2 Fiesta 1.4 and 1.6 are all 8mm feed and 6mm return (where the
return was used, some carbs had no return).
The 1.1L may have been only 6mm feed.
No Fords have been 10mm/8mm

Brake lines are all 3mm
Most fittings will be M10x1mm pitch thread but depending on the master cylinder
the fittings for one circuit can be 12mm x 1mm pitch.

Hiya

This was on another forum (Thanks to JBW!).

The Brake lines are as follows - from the sheet - it is the same as a MK2 (up
to 1988)
Finis Code - 5007396 Ford Part Code - A80SX 2K312 AA

Hope these help. I would strongly recommend fitting copper pipes instead of
steel though.

The QMOPS project is moving on nicely and we are now preparing to assemble
Q003. We are looking to involve members, so if you would like to get involved
please contact Andy Heaton or myself. The dates are available on the club
website:

http://www.quantumowners.co.uk/index.php/qocqmops/48-qmops-news/235-qmops-2014-dates

Even if you cannot make the date for the rebuild, we still need other
technical assistance that we will be asking on here.

  Starting questions:

What size solid fuel hose is required for a Mk1 Fiesta XR2 feed and return
pipes?

What size are the brake pipe fittings, as we will need to make the brake
lines ourselves?

  Regards,
  Steve
