I remember making a new set very early on in the life of our car as the originals were not up to the job of sealing the front of the roof and greater strength was required rather than a very flexible bit of spring plate. Made to spec at the time so no drawings – sorry! I do remember rolling thick black tape around the steel lugs as a final requirement to position them correctly in the sockets in the screen surround.
