The Mazda ones weren't exactly common when the 2+2 was current.
I think they were only fitted to the 323F not the normal 323.
As Russell said, many others have been fitted, it's just a question of
figureing out how to mount them on the corner of the door.
Or using lots of Sikaflex 221 (a Polyurethane adhesive favoured by Quantum)
to glue them on.
