I assume you don't mean the indicator/sidelights as you asked about
those a while back.
If you mean the fog or spot light mounts in the other opening in the
bumper, then these were all aftermarket.
Quantum did sell some but most would have been fitted by the builders.
I never liked the look of lights there so despite putting in all the
wiring for them on mine i never fitted any.
