You are correct that these are now currently available, but they should be.
I can only guess that during previous site upgrades these have become
unavailable.
I will look into this but I'm not sure how long it will take to rectify,
but all QMs are in PDF format.
If there is a specific QM you require urgently I can forward directly via
email?
