Apart from looking to see if there's an existing hole, the best advice is to
drill one in an appropriate place. As for mounting the choke control, there
is a dedicated place to the left of the steering column!

Hello!
Just bought a new carb with manual choke, I'm converting from a standard DFT
with electric auto choke which has never worked.
I was wondering where the best place to run the choke cable through the
front would be? Should I be thinking about drilling through the bulkhead and
creating a dedicated hole or is there a sneaky cutout hiding somewhere that
I can utilise? Think I'll probably mount it underneath the heater controls
opposite the fag lighter as there is a little cutout. Although if anyone can
suggest anything better (eg easier!) I'm open to suggestions.
Existing 32DFT Carb will be available for any reasonable offer if anyone is
interested btw.
