Niall, How Slightly is slightly? If less than say 1 mm and you have at least 8 mm of flange, the easiest option if to remove any fixing studs and offer the warped face up to a linisher (bench mounted belt sander) using progressively finer grades of paper until the surface is flat. This will require some finesse to avoid worsening the situation.
Better still is to persuade someone with a milling machine to mill the surface for you. More worrying is how the flange became warped in the first instance - make sure that it is not actually cracked anywhere as warping is usually the first indication of a developing crack. If you (gently) hit the adjacent area with a hammer, does it ring clearly or does it sound muted? If the latter, then you likely have a crack.
