I don't think Quantum are contactable at the moment, not quite sure what
the situation is with the company.
For the soft top any decent trimmer should be able to make a new top
using the old one as a pattern.
They would reuse the frame and header rail.
Some of the other members should be able to recommend companies they
have used.
