I'm not sure if the older cars have them, but as Martin has mentioned QSC
used to insert slips of paper containing chassis number, laminator and date
onto the resin so they would be visible from the inside. Useful for QC and
security.

My Q (saloon) had the chassis number in the form of Q4 - 215 written on the
inside of the door moulding :-)

Most of the details were passed onto John Sampson.
I did have all the records when I had Quantum, but passed them back to John
when I gave Q back to him.
I can confirm that John still has all the records and they are safe.
I would also like to say that John does take the DPA seriously and those
details,are safe in his care.
