Hi Edd I aim to be there, as usual, on the Sunday in my round headlight 2+2. Although it's good to see lots of Quantums on the club stand, for me, the show itself is the reason to go to Stoneleigh. It's the biggest kit car show in the country which makes it the industry show-piece. Anything new will be there - sometimes unfinished but I can live with that. It's also a good time to pick up some bits and pieces that are harder to find for older cars (whether I need them or not). So, for encouragement, go to the show to see the show. See if my old Vincent Hurricane (the only light metallic blue one) is there again, I built that in 1987 and it's second owners still brings it along. Additionally, if you don't go, you won't know if the club stand was busy or not, Sunday is usually the best day.
Anthony. I really hope you get the electric Quantum there. I spent a couple of years working for Amberjac Projects designing batteries for electric vehicles (mostly airport buses but Lotus and Nissan Infiniti were also customers).
