From memory they are a higher grade than standard bolts.
Bog standard steel bolt are 8.8 spec (stamped on the head), those bolts are
either 10.9 or 12.9.
Other than that the only special thing is they come with threadlock on the
threads.
But assuming you have the old bolts there is no real reason you can't reuse
them with some new threadlock on the threads.
