Hi Rolf As far as I am aware, all the hinge covers come from the Escort Mk 3/4 cabriolet. That's the one that these replicate.
Okay - I've just looked through my Coupe build manual (4th edition) and there is a suggested modification to the hinge cover. The same modification could be done on the 3D printed set for a Coupe. When I built my 2+2, the manual hadn't been finished and my standard hinge covers just clipped straight on without any changes. I now have a 2+2 manual (1st edition) and there is no mention of the modification suggested for the Coupe. I think it had more to do with space between the hinge and the bodywork, not a problem on the 2+2.
