Hi Mark,
Do you still need a stat housing ?
I've just taken a plastic one off of a early Zetec, no sign of any
cracks but it's been unused for many years so that probably helps.
All the screws for the stat cover come out.
I took the sensor out but the sensors you have will screw straight in,
this isn't the later Focus stat housing, it's a direct swap for the
slightly earlier metal one.
