If you need to talk, vent frustration or rant, then find an outlet to help. Again contact me personally if you need help, as I've been through plenty of lows and would be happy to help someone, even if it's just someone to talk to. You are not alone and plenty of people will struggle through this, but together we will come out the other side (hopefully sideways through the tyre smoke!).
