Hi All, Not sure if there is much chat on the group these days, but I thought I would give this a try. I have a Quantum Coupe that is officially registered by the builder at the date of the donor’s first registration. It is on an age related plate, not a Q. So next year it is officially 40 years “registered”. Has anyone managed to do a Quantum historic status and go tax free? The rules online seem to indicate this may not be possible, but I recall some conversations around kits that would say it has been done.
If it cannot be done then what year would the kit be 40 and be officially historic? The registration date would not help.
