hello there at the quartzcomposer list:
we have problems when using the image with movie patch.
after playing a video to a connected billboard patch a while, out of
nowwhere the refresh and rendertime jump to 150ms and more. (see
rendermode profile)
we switched nearly everything off that could cause this problem.
when playing in quicktime, the video behaves ok.
this post ist referring to the post on april 2006 and the following

but the problem is not the framerate, which ist ok, it is the nearly
freezing of a frame.
our setup is simple and the same as on 2006/Apr/msg00098.html
drag a 720p mp4 movie into the editor window
connect it with a billboard patch
set width to 2
watch playing for a while
what can cause this?
