But the problem is :
1) This bug is not present under Tiger : I can enter number with dot
as decimal separator under Tiger, but not under Leopard
2) I don't need a localization for menu items or patch descriptions
3) Enter the number with a comma don't run when International
preferences are set to numbers with comma. But enter the number with
dot don't run too. How enter a decimal number then?
I will no localization.
Only be able to enter a decimal number (separated with dot, no
problem) when the number format in International pref pane are
setting with comma decimal separator. As Quartz Composer for Tiger.
Thanks.

The Developer tools are traditionally not localized. Quartz Composer
will be translated into other languages and number formats if there
are enough people in the world wide community using it, like Xcode or
Interface Builder. The best thing to do is file an enhancement request
for Quartz Composer to be localized so that Apple knows who is using
it and for what purposes.
