Indeed. It's frustrating to read for the umpteenth time that
images with infinite bounds must be cropped to be displayed instead
of about what a patch really does. Sometimes there are clues in
the help tags for the input or output ports, but not often enough.
It's a common problem, of course, and I'm sympathetic. "Should I
spend time documenting a patch or write the cool new patch I've
been thinking about...?"
Agreed.
Maybe we could start a WIKI page or something ...
