What if your composition exists as a resource within the application. What is the solution for relative paths then?
Typically, this doesn't work. Within an application, the composition often thinks its path is /, which isn't very helpful. I'm guessing you can work around this by setting some arguments in the QCRenderer/ QCComposition, but I've not seen any demonstrations of this (I've not really bothered with it, but it probably isn't difficult once it's figured out).
As a work-around, I usually just have the application supply a string input with the composition's path (the path from the bundle resource folder), and then do some simple string trickery to "fake" composition- relative paths by appending files it's looking for to the composition path.
Some details on the canonical way of doing this would be pretty helpful (and they're probably widely documented, and I've just missed it somehow... ;)
