Sadly, I can't get it to run properly. I tried with movie loader since i
don't have a camera, but I get 2-3 FPS (on my iMac G5 1,8 GHz) and just some
small spot in the middle, changing zoom or scale didn't change much.

Chris Wood, what you write sounds really promising, I hope there will be a
possibility to render a wireframe (Hopefully with Kineme GL Polygon Mode,
though I've no clue if that fits with your patch). Thanks a lot in advance
for providing it!
