Where is the location of an unsaved, new, qtz, when created with Quartz Composer? Is it possible to find the file path of wherever it resides in the system before it gets saved?
An unsaved file has no path -- it's not file backed until it's saved. Prior to getting saved, the composition lives entirely in memory -- the only time it'd get written to disk would be if the memory that was holding the composition got swapped to disk (low memory situation), and even then it wouldn't be in the standard plist format that QC could use.
