My main problem however is that the scrolling is based on the text's centre-point so as the text fields get larger or smaller it messes up it's position during the scroll. What I'm trying to do is find a way to have the X/Y position based off of the leading edge, not the center.
One possibility:

Set "Image With String"'s alignments to "Top" and "Left" respectively.Set "Anchor Point" to "Top Left", and use "Offset X" and "Offset Y" to position the text.
