Hello all,

I wanted to give the list a head's up about the release of the latest update
to KinemeCore, a plugin that adds extremely useful modifications to the
Quartz Composer application. This release features many significant changes
that have proven indispensable to me.

New features include:

-Compositions in The Cloud (Repository Sync)- Kinemecore can now auto-sync
with the Kineme Composition Repository, allowing one to import posted
compositions and embed them as virtual macros inside of your own
compositions. One can import all, or by category.

-Editor Status- Displays the current status of the QC Editor; 32 bit or 64
bit mode, memory usage and thread count, as well as if the QC Editor has
Automatic Garbage Collection enabled.

-Extra Editor- cntrl+left clicking on any macro now opens extra Editor
window, allowing one to have multiple levels of a composition open at the
same time.

-Experimental Macro Patch Transmutation- modifies your current macro type to
any other available macro types installed in your system, whether standard,
or plugin. Transmutation works without breaking noodles.

-Linear Noodles- A new option for linear style noodles (ala VVVV), with
increased Editor performance.

-PlugIn Installation Assistant- This allows plugins to be installed by
simply double clicking on them. KinemeCore places them in the correct
folders for you.

-PlugIn Manager- This inspects for problematic installations; double
installed plugins, outdated plugins, or plugins installed in incorrect
folders. KinemeCore resolves the issues by moving them to the correct
folders, and eliminating duplicates and superseded plugins.

-QTZInfo Inside- When enabled, QTZInfo can inspect all metadata inside a
qtz, including notes, patches, and ports.

-Universal Safe Mode- KinemeCore allows one to manually make patches marked
unsafe work in applications that they would not otherwise, on a per
application basis.

Best regards,
George Toledo
