I am a quartz composer newbie working on my first custom patch, which works great under quartz composer, generating the image I expected. However, when I save the composition and try to display it with QuickView or pasting it in Keynote, nothing is displayed. What am I missing?
It's likely a safe-mode issue -- fire up Console.app, and see if you see any messages to that effect.
Under the Editor menu in QC, you can also enable "Indicate Unsafe Patches" to have patches that won't work in Safe Mode get badged in the editor.
