Using 10.6.2 with QC 4.0 (103.1) and QuickTime Player 7.6.3 (630) installed. To reproduce: * Open Quartz Composer * Choose "Screen Saver" template * Drag a movie file (I've tested both AVI and H264) to the window and connect the movie's output to the image input * save the .qtz file and copy it to ~/Library/Screen Savers * open system preferences and select the screensaver
Result: Crash. Can anyone else reproduce this behavior? If so, please let me know and I'll report it to apple...
