Is there any way i could download the latest QC and install it again? If some patches can get corrupted in plugin's folder, those from inside QC as well?
Generally, the patches inside qc (ExtraPatches.plugin) won't get modified unless you're doing unusual things (editing stuff in /System, which is a bad idea in general). So it's unlikely that they're broken.
Nevertheless, it's possible to reinstall QC by downloading the latest Xcode and installing it (http://developer.apple.com/technology/xcode.html ) -- that'll redo the application (in /Developer/Applications), but not the QC framework (the one in /System/Library/Frameworks/ Quartz.framework/Frameworks/) -- the latter is only updated with OS updates.
Can you describe the problem you're having? There's likely a simpler fix than installing stuff...
