I ended up using the OSC.php (http://andy.schmeder.net/software/) suggested by juan. Don't know anything about php, but it was easy enough to adjust the script for my application.
Now i can send html://domain/osc.php?parameter=1234567 from a javascript in the browser and on QC side a OSC Receiver gets the parameter into QC.
