I am a casual experimenter (a month) with QC and recently (last 3 days) have
received this error in a pop up immediately upon opening the application:

I have also been having problems when opening the QC-oriented mixer application
CoGe, and see the console message:

I have no idea of how to proceed. Any ideas?
