There is a way to record output of compositions to video file, but it sounds like you're talking about capturing audio, or stripping audio from your original movie file and dubbing it onto your newly rendered file. There aren't any stock (or custom) patches that I'm aware of that do that. (Not that it couldn't likely be done with a new custom patch).
