Yeah, I ran into this problem with the OpenGL third party plugins
after I upgraded to Snow Leopard.

malfunctioning from that point on. If you ever see a plugin that
starts making the "checker background" in the Viewer look the wrong

This has happened to me when doing "glitch" type activities.

Seems to work for me -- can you do some further testing to see what
circumstances change the behavior?
