Hi Thomas,
I didn't find a valid solution to the entire problem yet. Your suggestion is
right: there is a missing step in my work-flow, I don't calculate
intrinsic/extrinsic parameters of my projector/camera. I jump that passage
just because I didn't find a good way to do that: if I follow the OpenCV
O'Reilly book example, I can't evaluate correct parameters. :/

Are you doing something in the right direction?
