The only built-in FFT functionality in QC is from the Audio Input patch, where 
it gives you a 12-16 band frequency amplitude output.

Outside of that, there's no additional FFT functionality (including 2D FFTs for 
images).

However, you can implement an FFT yourself using OpenCL, or possibly CoreImage. 
 There was a developer example that had JPEG2000 compression/decompression 
(wavelet based, so not strictly FFT, but similar) implemented in CoreImage in 
QC.  (I don't have a handy link to that at hand though, unfortunately :/)
