Guys I am looking to create a QC user queuing application similar to what the Apple Store Genius bars uses at the Apple stores. I would like to create a very simple way to enter a user name and add the data to a rotating que that will be displayed on a monitor.
I understand how to display text/graphics on a billboard but I am stuck on how to display data from an external source/database onto a billboard. Also not sure what the external data source should be (google docs, excel spreadsheet ?????) Looking for suggestions or examples of how others might have accomplished something similar.
