I have need of a \leftarrow B logic gate otherwise known as Converse implication.

I've read all logical expressions can be assembled exclusively from NAND gates or from NOR gates, but I'm not sure how to go about making this from NAND gates or NOR gates or a combo of the QC options. I'm hoping for someone with an EE or CSc degree this is a walk in the park, and you can help me. I guess I could use convoluted Math _expression_ patches but would like to do with logic to get the hang of it.

It's states are (where c is output)

From Wikipedia:
Converse implication is the converse of implication. That is to say; that for any two propositions P and Q, if Q implies P, then P is the converse implication of Q. [Which totally helps, not]
