Hi, I'm looking to create a text effect, like a wipe over shine / glow. I want to use the text as a mask for the shine and feed it through a copy machine patch and animate it.
I looked at the Image Border and Shadow patch to increase the size of the image, but it just seems to add the border to the rectangle holding image and not the text. Is there a way that a blur could be added, and then the blur hardened and made opaque? I've added an example of what I want to achieve, but just want to be able to create a border round the text to emphasise it. Thanks, Charlie
