Hello Sebastian,

welcome to the list!

Here are my two cents from a "patch consumer" perspective:

- Rename "Wholes pause at Start" to "Delay", this tells me more about what is
does.
- "Pattern doesn't change" is something you should check yourself within the
patch. On the other hand, if you want to give the user the chance to "hold a
sequence" do it the other way around, since this is more common in QC patches:
Call it "Update" and use the inverted value. But I would leave this to a
"Sample and Hold" patch, since this is only a performance improvement.
- I would recommend not to "min/max" your inputs ("Bars per Minute" and "Wholes
pause at Start"). Currently I am not able to put in a delay of 10 seconds. If
your patch is depending on min/max values for a certain input, but I can't see
a reason why I shouldn't have a delay of 10 seconds (or any other number).

It is a nice handy patch, which does its thing pretty well! I am also impressed
that setting the timebase to "external" and connecting a slow running clock to
it also works perfectly.

best,
