I read that. I does annoy when dumbed down messages (to make the
author seem more hip/loveable) involves exaggeration though.

I'd replace "low-level systems engineer" with "programmer" in this
case - there's nothing super-low-level there. I didn't go into the
VM map at the bottom, the CPU register dump, there weren't any
kernel thread backtraces to inspect, etc - that's where I usually
hand the problem over to the low-level systems engineer people.
Backtraces are standard fare for programmer-y types :)
