Get rid of NSOpenGLPFAFullScreen, and probably get rid of the screen mask too 
(there's no harm in having extra virtual screens with your context).

Then get rid of [_openGLContext setFullScreen] and see if a windowed context 
works as expected.  If so, you should find a different way to make your opengl 
context full screen (perhaps by using an NSOpenGLView on an NSWindow or 
something).  A lot of fullscreen changes happened in Lion, so things linked 
against 10.7 have different expectations.
