Hello George,

maybe you can debug and check with -(NSUInteger)maximumFractionDigits what the 
current value of your "formatter" is, and set it with 
-(void)setMaximumFractionDigits:(NSUInteger)number to a certain number?

Just a guess, I am no expert in UI programming.
