Hi Nisar, from the video I can see several different parts you have to implement.
- white background moving in - blue color overlay with flying tiles. - the spinning rings around the globe - the globe (sphere with earth map texture) - a short video for the mobile - moving highlights (just a blurry image) On top of that I would put a timeline patch with several outputs to control all the animations going on.
