In a kinda overlapping way, in working with shaders on iOS, I can't help but 
think how useful it would be to be able to setup compositions using something 
like the glsl shader node, writing gl es, and making minimal filter type 
compositions, in the same way that something like gpuimage works, or I guess 
how core image works in some ways as well.

Also re:qc/iOS daydreams....

Storyboarding is OK, but I really think the basics of qc are pretty obviously 
superior for that kind of activity because of the ability to drop down a level 
when needed.
