Hi! Qubes R3.1 installer ISO still comes with Whonix 12, not Whonix 13?
It has not been updated in meanwhile? I am not necessarily suggesting it should be updated due to the work an maintenance overhead that I can imagine. However, I would probably document and recommend users who install the stable version of Qubes, that is R3.1 at time of writing, to re-install Whonix from Qubes repository, so they start fresh with Whonix 13.
