To expand on what Marek said: the stance of the Qubes project has not changed
on this. Donors do not get to decide or vote on development priorities.
However, corporate clients will almost certainly have this effect, since any
time spent meeting the requirements of a corporate client is time not spent
developing features for the wider, security-minded open source community
(unless the interests of the two parties happen to coincide). But this is just
the unfortunate economic reality of the situation.
