One thought: I suspect we'll have a hard time finding testers (who
actually follow through with performing tests and reporting back) in a
timely fashion, so I would err on the side of closing stale issues and
allowing people to comment/reopen/resubmit them if they're still live
issues in R3.2 or later. Other than that, please go ahead! :)
