This probably means you have UEFI, where there is no grub at all. Windows also support UEFI, so as long as you don't erase Windows partition during Qubes installation (or the other way around), you should end up with "Windows" and "Qubes" entries in BIOS/UEFI boot menu and no additional configuration is needed. If your UEFI firmware does not provide boot menu (that would be weird...), you'll need to install some boot loader, but grub-efi don't play nice with xen.efi, so either choose another one (rEFInd?) or switch boot to legacy mode, where you can use grub. > Since googling didn't yield results, pointers to relevant documentation > would be appreciated as well.
