You may need to boot from some other Linux distro and sort out the disk
partioning first.

I did run xubuntu and tried to follow the cp -r /boot/efi/EFI/qubes/.
/boot/efi/EFI/BOOT but it says that the file does not exist so i cant go
any further.
I already tried to install Xubuntu as you suggested but i'm having the
same problem. I go through the initial installation and after the first
reboot i run into "no boot device found" again.

What dd command line did you use? And specifically, to what device?
If you don't understand what partitions are, you need to use google to
find out. It's nothing to do with Qubes, just the normal setup of
disks.
