First of all, take a look at our GSoD ideas page: https://www.qubes-os.org/gsod/ There are not many of them, so if you think of something else that would make qubes documentation more friendly/useful, that is also an option. As for the proposal, besides description itself project please include also a plan how you want to approach it.
