Thanks for setting it up Michael!

I wonder about adding "how to" section. Some distinction between "the
thing doesn't work" and "how to do X". I know in some cases the
distinction may be blurry, so I'm not sure about it.

As suggested by simon.newton already, sub-categories may also be helpful
- - things like "hardware support" section, "specific applications
compatibility" etc. Is it possible to move topics between categories
when needed? I think that's crucial if we'd go with more detailed
categories.

Are there any other topic metadata options? Things like marking a topic
as "solved" or "includes solution"? Some extra tags?

And more on an infrastructure side - is it possible to backup all the
data externally? In case of a mailing list, we had natural backup in
form of emails (and we actually used it to feed various ML web
interfaces with a history messages). Is it possible to do similar thing
here? In worst case, I assume one can simply subscribe for notifications
about every single message, but I guess it will be hard to load back
into discourse if we'd ever need to.

Q: Why is top-posting such a bad thing?
