I am not sure if the issue was within dom0 using the Nvidia drivers (not Nouveau) or a VM using the Nouveau drivers (Qubes 4.1 development build). Regardless I increased the memory to dom0 and the issue disappeared. I can provide further details over the weekend as I am working on attempting to get the Nividia drivers working in the VM.
If you have any insights on Issues I am working on in attempts to get Nividia driver working in VM please let me know. I will post them within another thread.
